DUMPSTER RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Rodeo City Dumpsters (“Company”) and the customer (“Customer”) for the rental of a dumpster. By renting a dumpster from the Company, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Period

  • The standard rental period is the agreed upon duration (1, 2-3, 5-7 days) starting from the delivery date.

  • Additional days will be charged at $75 per day unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup will be scheduled based on availability.

  • Customer must ensure clear access for delivery and pickup.

  • If the dumpster cannot be delivered or picked up due to blocked access, additional trip fees of $50 per attempt will apply.

  • The dumpster must be loaded evenly and not filled above the top rim.

3. Acceptable Materials

  • The dumpster may be used for general household waste, construction debris, yard waste, and other non-hazardous materials.

  • Prohibited items include but are not limited to: - Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, asbestos - Tires, batteries, propane tanks, gas, oil, or flammable liquids - Appliances - Medical waste or biohazard materials.

  • If prohibited materials are found, Customer will be responsible for all disposal, cleanup, and legal fees.

4. Weight Limits

  • Rental includes up to 1 ton (included in rental fee) of waste.

  • Any weight over 1-ton will be charged at $180 per ton.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customer assumes full responsibility for the contents of the dumpster and any damage to property resulting from its placement.

  • Customer will not move the dumpster from the original placement location without Company consent.

  • Customer will ensure no vehicles or objects block the dumpster for pickup.

6. Damage and Liability

  • Customer is liable for any damage to the dumpster beyond normal wear, including fire, theft, or vandalism.

  • Company is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, or underground utilities due to placement or pickup.

  • Customer should take steps to protect surfaces where container will be set.

  • If damage occurs to ground surface (concrete, asphalt, yard, etc.) during loading or unloading, Rodeo City Dumpsters is only responsible if this caused due to negligence on the company.

  • It is the customers responsibility to provide and notify Rodeo City Dumpsters a suitable and large enough area to drop the dumpster.

7. Payment

  • Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional charges for weight exceeding 1-ton, prohibited items, or extra days will be invoiced separately and due upon receipt.

  • If any payments are declined or returned from customers bank, the customer is responsible for any associated fees.

  • Any unpaid balances after two weeks will incur a minimum $25 late fee.

8. Cancellation

  • Please make cancellations with the most lead time as possible.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the agreed upon rental time with incur a 10% cancellation fee.

9. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its agents from all claims, damages, or costs arising from Customer’s use of the dumpster.

10. Customer Acknowledgement

By entering personal information and clicking agree and/or accepting delivery, Customer agrees to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
